Olive is a financially astute Scottish Salmon farmer who loves family more than anything. She would give her last Salmon over to protect them.
Oscar, her cub, is a cheeky boy, but a very cute one! Assuming the tax environment is favourable, he will inherit the family farm rather than have to sell it.
