Sammy is a gym-sloth. Not only is she the fastest sloth in town, sometimes moving at a remarkable 0.3km/h, she also really looks after her health. If there is a gut microbiome she doesn't nurture, it isn't worth knowing about. Big fan of Tim Spector.
